Shipping policy

At this point we can only ship to the UK but we are looking into expanding to new territories.

As standard we send out our orders from Northern Ireland in the UK using Royal Mail's 2nd class service as it is cost effective and reliable.

Royal Mail collects from our local post office at 9am so we ship Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 9am to ensure your order is picked up as soon as possible.

Royal Mail estimate that 2nd class post takes 2-3 working days but from our experience of sending over 12,000 from our Ebay store, it's more accurate to say 5-8 working days.

We also offer the option to upgrade shipping at an additional cost to the Tracked 24 service which takes 1-2 business days.

If you're package hasn't arrived or if you've any concerns please feel free to contact us at info@valhallions.com. We can check our records and see when your item was dispatched as well as letting you know how long to expect it to take to reach you. We'll work with you and give you honest expectations based on 8 years of experience of shipping within the UK. And don't worry, if your item doesn't arrive, we'll make it right either through a refund or sending out a replacement.
